Working together with the Transmission Cost Estimating team and other stakeholders throughout LCRA help lead and facilitate the project cost estimating process for LCRA TSC capital projects. Work collaboratively with key department stakeholders to ensure all project related costs are accounted for every project budget. Assist manager with ownership and maintenance of esti
